I love Ed. And I have just discovered that there are pigs at my new home. Sometimes I lay with Tori and we cross legs.

ADOPTING A NEW PUPPY

Yup, that is right...we are getting a baby on February 13, 2011! Not sure yet which one but we are very excited. Do know that her name is to be "KRYSTL" Watch for our choice next week. Her mommy is pictured outside. Her call name is "Sparkle"
Daddy is pictured inside... his call name is "Diesel" both are champions. Will add a photo of our new gal on Valentine's Day.

VIKTOR ARRIVES AT HIS PERMANENT HOME!!

At 8.5 weeks Viktor traveled from our farm in Lynn Center, IL to see Scootie Sherlock, Pat Parsons and of course Larry Duerbeck. He stayed there for 4 weeks till his new owners from New Mexico drove to pick him up and take him home. All reports say that he is nearly potty trained and knows the command sit and come. He IS one smart cookie...but then I am prejudice I know, ha ha. Will keep updating as our special little guy grows. We sure do miss that little tyke!

Mr. NINE is 8 weeks....and 15 lbs.

Hello all,
it has been quite awhile since I last put photos up. Mr. Nine is a big boy...8wks today as a matter of fact. He has turned into the best pup...sure do wish we could change his sex! He has so many of mama Tori's traits. He moves so smoothly unless he is ducking as Tori comes barreling in to play with him. He can't even pee in peace but what she is hassling him.
This a.m. he had both ears up...he looks so cute. Going to be a very easy boy to potty train. He will not potty in the utility room so when we let him into the kitchen area I take him out first and he will usually potty 2x's and is ready to come in. I have him in the kennel outside on these wonderful days and he will NOT poop in there! He will need to be set on occasionally... when it is nail trimming time, for example...but he is learning who is the boss. He no longer bites at pant legs after some firm corrections...however, he does still like those shoe laces, haha.

MR. NINE IS GROWING TOO FAST

So sorry that I haven't kept up with this site.... Nine is doing just fine and so is his mama! As you can see by the photo he is growing into a fine young man...a little noisey and very busy. He already is trying to potty train himself...he will NOT potty in the whelping box anymore he wants out to do his business...which is very nice. Tori has been a wonderful mom. I do keep having second thoughts about spaying her but Ed said she is too old did I want to risk losing her? And he is right that would be awful. Will try to do better in the next few weeks...he goes to school on Friday next week to visit the 2nd grade class that Tori, granddaughter, is in. And yes they will NOT be petting him so we don't get any bugs here.
